"I picked up a few fragrance oils…"
I picked up a few fragrance oils to use in soap, and overall I’m happy with them. Most of the scents smelled really nice and held up well after curing, which is what I was hoping for. One of them came out a little weaker than I expected, so I wouldn’t say every single one was perfect. But for the most part, they worked well for what I needed, and I’d probably order fragrances from them again depending on the scent.

"Promos felt like more hassle than help"
I tried a few different promos, but every one either had some weird catch or didn’t apply to the stuff I actually needed. It was frustrating because I spent time filling up my cart, only to get to checkout and see the discount barely made a difference. It had that feeling like they made it my problem to figure out all the fine print.

"Good quality overall, with one small caveat"
I’ve ordered a few soap-making supplies from Wholesale Supplies Plus, and so far my experience has been solid. I don’t want to speak for every product they sell, but the oils and fragrance oils I received worked well in my batches and didn’t feel cheap or low quality. One fragrance was a bit lighter than I personally prefer, but it was still usable, so not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and would feel comfortable ordering from them again...

"Suspiciously accurate measurements"
I ordered some jars and oils, the measurements were actually right. Like… the jars held exactly what the page said they would, and the labels fit without me having to play detective or trim anything down. No sketchy sizing, no weird surprises, no “gotcha” moment. Almost makes you wonder who’s really pulling the strings over there, because everything lined up a little too perfectly. Saved me a bunch of time though, so I’m happy with it.

"Decent overall, but not great when you’re in a hurry"
I’ve ordered from Wholesale Supplies Plus a few times now, and for the most part they seem legit and reliable. My orders did arrive, and the items were mostly what I expected. That said, shipping can feel slow, and when I had a question, support wasn’t exactly quick to respond. It can leave you feeling a little trapped if you’re waiting on supplies and don’t have a backup plan. The prices are okay, but not always the cheapest. I’d probably order from them again, just not when I need something right away

"Order Was Messed Up"
My order showed up with the wrong items and some things missing, which was really frustrating. It felt like it was handled carelessly. I had to email support to get it sorted out, and it was just annoying because it’s not what I paid for.

I was trying to check out, but the app kept freezing right when I got to the payment screen. Not sure if it was a server issue or maybe the app just doesn’t handle payments smoothly, but I couldn’t finish my purchase.

"Wish it was more consistent"
I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but some batches are totally fine and then others feel a little different in texture or even smell slightly off. It’s not awful or anything, and I’m not trying to be dramatic, but it’s frustrating when I feel like I’m the one who keeps ending up with the inconsistent ones. I just wish it was more reliable from batch to batch.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the descriptions were confusing"
I was trying to compare a few items, but maybe it’s just me, the product descriptions felt a little too thin and unclear. I had a hard time finding some of the details I needed, and I didn’t feel totally confident about what I’d actually be getting. I’m sure it might make sense to other people, but I ended up giving up before placing an order.

"Missing item and no real help"
My order showed up with an item missing, and when I reached out, they basically just blamed it on packing like that was supposed to make it okay. No real effort to fix it or take responsibility. it gave me the feeling they care more about keeping the money than making sure customers actually get what they paid for.

I kept getting passed from one support person to another, and nobody actually fixed the issue. After explaining the same thing over and over, I felt mentally drained. It was a really frustrating experience

"Pretty accurate scents so far"
I’ve ordered a handful of fragrance oils from Wholesale Supplies Plus now, they’ve been spot on. The vanilla, lavender, and apple all smelled the way I pictured them from the descriptions, not overly fake or weird. I’ve used them in soap and body butter, and the scent still comes through nicely after everything is made. If anything, I blame myself for not ordering a few extra bottles the first time, because it’s such a relief when an online scent actually smells like what you expected...

"Samples Weren’t Helpful Enough"
I was hoping to try a few fragrance and base samples before committing to larger sizes, but it was frustrating. A lot of the items I actually wanted didn’t even have samples available, and the ones that did were either out of stock or too limited to really help me make a decision. For a wholesale supply site, it felt like there were a lot of vague promises about being able to test things first, but not much follow-through. It just made ordering feel risky, so I ended up giving up and shopping somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and the items do always show up... but the delivery dates aren’t always super reliable. One of my boxes arrived later than expected, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience at all... I just wish the timing was a bit more consistent.
